10 things I am grateful for

Making Shepard’s pie today I just thought that I only learned about it after moving to the States. I’m grateful for diversity of foods and cuisines here, it’s really a melting pot. I’m grateful for the wonderful climate that allows plants bloom in November, it’s a little miracle found in the Pacific Northwest which makes me more optimistic and hopeful than anything else. I’m grateful for the recipes I find online, and all the chefs willing to share their secrets. Thank you folks, you rock!

I am thankful for all the people who care about me, it means so much, when you reach out it makes my day every single time, its like a christmas present but better.

I’m happy to have music and art performances, they are a blessing. Ballet dancing and live music are special treats that bring spice to bland everyday routines. It’s a privilege to have them.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to work and earn money, it makes my days go faster. Without work days feel like weeks, and without making progress I feel like I am stuck as a fly in honey.

I’m so happy that this year is almost over, the new year is coming up with new opportunities and challenges, I’m grateful for them as well.

I’m thankful for being able to walk and run, it’s a blessing to be in good health. It’s also work in progress, don’t forget about it.

I am grateful for you reading this, it makes me feel connected, I hope you feel the same. What are you grateful for?
